Default With EGR connects the engine makes 2/3 "jumps" and

On my Audi A6 (1995 - AEL TDI 2.5l engine) if I connect EGR system, indipendently about gear and RPM when I press the throttle pedal "from idle" the engine makes some "jumps" (2 or 3) and then accelerates regulary.
If I physically disconnect EGR system this problem doesn't appear.

Another "strange" behaviour with connected EGR appears after an accelerate (with neutral gear or with pressed clutch) the engine magically has a "little" acceleration at about 1000 RPM to 10?? RPM for a while before reaches the standard idle RPM.
If I physically disconnect EGR system this behaviour doesn't appear.
