it looks like another one of those cars they "research" just to keep the tree-huggers happy. I wouldn't expect to see that car on a north amerian lot.

yeh it's just vw showing off their fuel economy skillzzz. and what do you mean never in north america? the acceleration is "not unimpressive!" that almost means its impressive! vroom!

Yeah I like it too. Saw the 1 Liter before but the 2 liter is really nice.

I followed the link to this report and I am not too impressed by that at all.

Has anyone heard anything new about the Wundercar II ? I can't seem to find any new information, and VW doesn't have anything to say; it would be a great car!

i dont think i could feel competent on the road with less than 100hp... i do like the design though, and the doors....

As it would sit with a the 1.4FSI, it would have a power-to-weight ratio of 18.1. But if you could turbocharge the engine to two-hundred horsepower, then the ratio drops to 7.7. WHOA!! [img]images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif[/img]
