TREND VW ROCKAWAY, NJ.... I bought a 96 jetta here and had no problems with buying it but with the repair dept. they would always ask what i did before they looked at the problem first. They seamed a little shady and I never had a great feeling when i was there.

BERNDARDSVILLE VW NJ.... I bought a 00 Passat here and it was a great experience. They realy do care about there customers and it shows. I went here instead of repeat bussiness with Trend as did my mother, father, and sister. They(trend) lost 4 new cars in about 10 months time from us.

VW OF FT MYERS, FL.... I bought a 05 passat here. They gave me a few high prices but i pushed backed and every body left happy. everyone was very friendly and helpful. What a great dealership. I will be back this week to buy the new rabbit.

Carmax Laurel - Good cars but horrible service and sales people. Very agressive and uncooperable.

Mattie Imports, Fall River, MA - Bought my '07 GTI there. They were great about wanting to work with me on a deal until we reached something I was happy with. Had kind of a hard time getting them to return phone calls, but I find that's common with most dealers. They made a mistake with my paperwork and accidentally charged me $948 too much for my down payment, they went well out of their way to fix this situation and in the end made everything right. Overall it was a very good dealer, they worked quickly and got me what I wanted.

Williams Autoworld Volkswagen, Lansing, MI - Parts dept was clean, friendly, and had what i needed on hand. Never had any repair done here, but their sales people were very friendly, and I didn't feel anything was being pushed on me. Overall a nice place and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future...
