Or you could do the responsible thing and put a cat on.
People running cars without cats isn't unheard Brett, if you can't answer the question, don't post babble.
Its actually illegal to go catless, not to mention it doesn't improve the performance over a race cat, and pollutes the atmosphere at a rediculously higher level. Its there for a reason, and taking it off is a boy-racer braindead move, with no substance, and all about " I heard of this guy who".
Like your mom said last night, put it back in.

Hello race car driver mechanic... you seem to know a lot. Maybe you should research how restrictions in the exhaust prohibit the car, any car for that matter from making the most power. The best exhaust is no exhaust.

Don't get all upset with us because we're standing up for our morals. I also have all energy saver lightbulbs, keep my heat low, and turn off lights whenever I leave a room. Maybe you'd like to insult that now? Both of our comments were relevant to this thread. The more the atmosphere gets polluted, the more restrictions the government will put on cars. Soon every state will be like California. You won't be able to get over 91 octane gas, and almost every power mod will be illegal. I'm not trying to start an argument with anyone, I'm just stating my difference of opinion from the OP that in this day and age, going catless is irresponsible and ignorant.

its a street car poopy. theres no reason to run cat-less.
Just keep it under 5k miles and year and you dont get an emissions inspection, just a sticker saying "exempt" scooby doo.
Thanks for letting me know what all of you think about this but is seems that none of you can answer my question. So if there is anyone reading this that knows... help me please. I'm not going to put a cat on when I have a big turbo car..... if you want to talk about the environment then I should have kept it stock. I guess thats the price to pay for performance.

thats a great attitude you have. i wonder why people arent lining up to help you break a pretty serious law...

No, thats the price we pay so you can be a selfish douchebag. Lookit, I would be willing to pay for the dynos if you were to run your car with and without a race cat if the difference si more than 2-3 HP. Billy T runs cats on his drag 1.8T Mk2, and I can stick my head inside his turbo. So unless you are breaking the 10 second barrier on your "big turbo", put the damn cat back on and stop breaking the law, a-hole!

Joe has put down different hp numbers on the dyno with running a turboback exhaust and an open dump... so how about save yourself on the dyno payments and maybe answer his question. If some guru knew the voltage/impedence or whatever you'd need to run a simulator that would work. I guess APR is unethical and immoral since they run a false setting for the second o2. Joe's problem with that is he keeps blowing secondary o2 sensors even though the comp is seeing the right reading. I guess to answer his question he could measure all the necessary readings from the first and it might work for the second. He is an electrician so it might be up his alley.
Am I the only one who finds that cars that have no exhaust on them extremely annoying? At least the ones I hear are completely unnecessarily loud. Not only is it polluting the air, it's polluting peoples' ears as well...
