Default Midwest VW Owners

I hope this is okay with DB I'm not trying to lead people away from this forum at all.

Anyways, there is a forum for any german (audi vw BMW primarily) car owners who live in the Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois area and some surrounding states and we have get together's and BBQ's and campouts and bonfires. If you're interested just go to www.projektgerman.com We welcome all new people and we're generally very friendly!

i have extended family that live in Iowa, and go there 2-3 times a year. From what i've seen modified VW's are few and far between. Is it just me or am i just in the wrong part of Iowa?

It's funny you say that because until I owned a VW, I didn't see any at all. Now they're EVERYWHERE. Dubuque, Cedar Rapids, Davenport/Quad Cities, Iowa City, those are the primary places you can find a bunch of VW/Euro owners. Get ahold of me on here next time you're in Iowa and I'll let you know if there are any GTG's goin on and I'll give you my # and directions to get to the meet.
