Default Stole parts Help needed to find

On January 12th I discovered that my garage door was picked and my car was vandalized. I found my car covered in yellow and orange spray paint. It is every wear. My car is covered in it, wheels, tires, body, engine bay, interior, and all the glass. Along with the paint it was keyed on the trunk, hood, both doors. There are multiple dents all over the car. I found my dirt bike laying on the hood with the wheels off the ground. This wasn't the only thing wrong. I'm missing about 25 grand worth of parts. I had two sets of rims 18" VW motorsports RSi wheels and 17" BBS RS that were half polished in 8" wide front and 9" wide rears. I had a turbo, custom turbo manifold, VR6 big valve head and a set of Grant motorsports ITB's for my car. A set of recaro A8's in black leather with unpainted backs. I'm missing so many other parts for my car. I was planing to redo the whole interior and do a sick turbo set up this winter for this upcoming show season. I'm offering $2500 for any information leading to persecution of the person or persons responsible for this. Im asking if anyone sees any parts listed hear for sale please let me know my email is minimed69@comcast.net

Thank You
Devin Knaub

Holy crap man, I'm sorry to hear that. That sucks. It was clearly someone who knew you had those parts in your garage, and knew they were worth a lot of money. Keep an eye out on Vortex for someone selling those arts. What did the police say?

Holy crap! that sucks Devin and I agree with Brett sounds like someone who knows you, its a sick feeling I know cuz it happened to me before. is your insurance going to cover that stuff? I'm thinking even if they do your still going take a pretty big loss for it. I'll keep an eye out and I hope you catch them.

That's fking insane. One of my Honda buddies had something similar happen (several sets of wheels, slicks, and his built turbo motor sitting on an engine stand). I'll keep an eye out.

wow man thats horrible. the dents on the car and spray lead me to believe that it was a personal attack and not just a robbery. keep an eye out for those parts being sold on forums.

Dude I feel bad for you. I hope you can find out who did it. I would check ebay to see if you see any listing in your area.

I would think home owners insurance would cover some of what was not on the car and car insurance would handle some of the damge...good luck.

Thanks a lot everybody. I think it was someone who I would consider a friend had something to do with it but I cant prove it, just a gut feeling. Yah i miss my A8's more than any other part I jut got them shipped in at the beginning of December so mad money spent ton them. they are red Porsche leather with the Porsche logo in the headrest came from Germany. I haven't sold any parts since July. The police took a empty bottle of brake fluid that was dumped on my car for finger prints but nothing yet. I contacted my insurance last week. The car is at RMA right now to get the work it needs. So it will look amazing when I get it back but it still puts me a 6 months behind.

Jeeez brake fluid too thats stuff is soo corrosive, hope it doesn't get into any sheetmetal or plastic. I just hope it isn't someone you know cuz that'll be a real killer, I had a car of mine vandalized and alot of stereo equipment stolen out of it...by people who were supposed to be friends and they got caught selling the stuff. When they finally confessed they told the police they only wanted the stereo equipment but vandalized the car so it wouldn't look like someone I knew did it and to make matters worse when they were caught and because I knew them the police and insurance starting grilling me as if I had it set up for them to do that to collect the insurance (be prepared for this)it wasn't until they signed a confession that I was cleared..UNBELIEVABLE! Hope everything works out for you bud.
