i like the new setup. i think its easy on the eyes. i dont mind the thing at the top either. it needs a little more on it though.

rides of the month was nice except it got to be rides of the 3 or 4 months instead. thats a bummer to look at.

all in all i say good job!

ps. check out this site.

www.mk2vr6.com

the top banner on the randomly changes all the time whenever you click something else. mostly members cars, project pics. things like that. i think thats a great idea because even though you eventually see all the pics it takes a while to get through them.

This new layout hurts my eyes looking at it, it will def. take some time getting used to and I hope some changes to help make it easier to navigate this forum are made. You know what they say if it ain't broke...

The new layout's not really doing it for me. Doesn't look like I'm a mod anymore either... :-\

Whoa. This is definitely going to take some getting used to.

Please get rid of the standard cars that are pictured on the banner and put user's rides there.

Going to take some time to get use to the new layout. Not hating it but I'm not liking the banner at all...

I second (or twelfth) the idea of having the rotating members rides. I'm on a local forum that uses this format, and does the same thing. I think I will hold off judgement to see what this thing settles into, but I don't mind the layout.

Can we get maybe more than 5 posts a page? Any way we can change the layout a little? Have the avatar and member info on the left side and then the post/sig on the right? Seems like a lot of wasted space by having them split top and bottom. I totally lose track of where members are from, etc. Especially on a widescreen. I feel like I have to turn my head to read the stuff.

It seems like my member title is moderator, but I can't really moderate anything.

I completely agree with everything Duke said. I actually just came into this thread to say there's not enough posts per page. I liked how it used to be, when there were like 15-20. Plus, I still can't moderate either I don't think...

Oh, since I've been criticizing, I'll say something I like...the new search features. How you can search one thread at a time, and how you can do the "quick search" without leaving the page you're currently on. And how you can link to one post instead of just to a whole thread.

You can change this in your "User CP," then click "Edit Options." There is a lot of customization you can do in your User CP.
