Trying to get a GB started for this kit.. It normally Cost 200, Plus 20 for Clamps, plus 7-15 for shipping, So around 230 roughly.. I found someone to get them for us for 200 wich includes the clamps and the shipping.
This mod isn't a Horsepower mod. It's a cooler turbo charge air, better air flow, better for your turbo, make your car run more efficent mod. My boyfriend said his trottle response was better but he also added a DV at the same time so who knows.

Both the Samco TIH and 5 piece hose kit usually raise boost levels by 1-2 psi. This is where you will see gains. The only problem with this is that if you are sporting a chip, TB exhaust, and different N75 valve like me, you may experience limp mode problems, and if you are holding too much boost, you may have a problem with the throttle body closing prematurely while under WOT. This is the problem with DBW cars like the 2000 and newer 1.8T. You can get this same boost increase without the "bling" factor of colored hoses in a MBC for less than $50 and its adjustable.
Sorry if I shit on your GB thread, but I thought it might be valuable info for people to know before they spent $200 on something that a $50 MBC would do w/ adjustability.
