Default 2.0T vs 2.5

I just bought an 09 Wolfsburg with the 2.0T - great runner and I am very impressed. I now need to get a second car for my daughter and the 2010's are in but my local dealer has only the 2.5 liter 5 cylinder engines. I am trying to compare the differences between these 2 engines and I do know:
- the TSI turbo gets better gas mileage
- the TSI is stronger/faster, etc (turbo)
- the TSI I believe has a timing chain (not certain - does the 2.5 have a belt ?)
- the TSI takes premium fuel (perhaps a negative)
Any comments on the differences between these two powerplants offered in the Jetta?

The VW 2.0T TSI also has the oil filter on top - under the hood. The 2.5 is under the vehicle unfortunately. Is the oil filter difficult to get to on the 2.5 ? On the TSI and with a fluid vac, there is no getting under the vehicle at all- no shrouds, no fussing with fasteners, oil drains, canisters, etc-etc. This is the way the Mercedes are now made - all oil change work done topside and so simple.
