2006 mk5 jetta third headlight?

there is a third headlight it is just there for shows i think but i want to wire it so its just that and my corner lights on for drl so its not my full headlights running all day every day i drive it. any way thats possible or is new headlights an easier way out?

its not neccisarily a third headlight there is a second bulb in my hi-beam projector that is on when my headlights turn on since i have auto headlights... ? ill post a pic when i get a chance but it is only on once my drl's turn off, or i have my car off and turn headlights on there are dull almost parking light type headlights that come on. i am looking to wire those up so they are my drl's if that's even possible?

most jetta's have it not sure if passats do but the jettas do.
