2007 Jetta MK5 CD Player Error - CD stuck / jam

I'm driving my dad's gf's Jetta and she is kind of a klutz. I think she had a Meat Loaf Cd in the player and forgot about it then tried to put another CD in and forced it. Now I think it's jammed because I keep getting an error. I'm just assuming the above scenerio because that would be most likely.

Can anyone help me PLEASE!?!?
