Default Audio & Interior upgrades for 2007 2dr Rabbit

Yup, so I'm almost driving my new Rabbit and had a couple questions...

1: can an armrest be added to the 2dr model, perhaps bolt-in the part from the 4dr model?

2: The radio. As I see, there are two levels above what the rabbit comes with, the one with the 6-disc and SatRad ready, and the one with the LCD and SatNav. are either of these 'plug and play'? and what would I need to get added to mu bunny to accomodate these?

Thanks for any/all help!

My dealer says they cannot install an armrest. Armrests are available for the 2dr, but only if you get the iPod option. I'd be interested in any aftermarket solutions for an armrest.
