Changing Spark Plugs 2.5

I have an 2005.5 Jetta with the 2.5 engine. I've turned 40,000 miles. The owner's manual calls for new spark plugs. Has anyone had any experience changing them? Advise? Easy-breezy, or pain in the... ?
