Default Our New jetta sportwagon Bluemotion arrived (Golf Variant)

on the 29.02. we picked our new Wagon up at the Autostadt in Wolfsburg
and so far we are astonished by the car
it's just great

I love the Jetta Sport Wagon. I am trying to talk my girlfriend into getting a Jetta TDI Sport Wagon when they come out here. Red is the best color too

I think the rear quarter panel/rear end is a bit fat in some areas, but overall I like it. Would look great on it's belly and on some polished rollers.

yeah here in Germany read is coming up again but was out for nearly 10years
we got us a BlueMotion, a fuelrate optimised TDI version with sports supspension and covered bottom (unterboden???)
its unexpected fast and does the 70miles at aprox. 2200RPM which is realy efficent on the highway

4,6 l/100km = 51,1336051 miles per gallon
but in reality it is more like
5 l/100km = 47.0429167 miles per gallon

That's a pretty decent gain over the standard TDI here in the US.

I was at the dealer the day and they are saying 45/55mpg for the new TDI's. From what I've read on vortex, those are pretty close to real world numbers.
