Well I would need a balance of traction and durability, but I would say Traction is more important. Im not to phased by price. I use the car for business use as well so I do want semi slicks. I was looking at the Good year F1 tyre, thats probably my No 1 choice now and the Michelin Pilot sport a close second and Pirelli P ZERO 3rd

Goodyears are garbage and I really dont think pirellis are worth the money. I would do something from the Michelin Pilot Sport or Yokohama Advan line ups.

Yeah, went to look at some tyres today, saw the SP2 and ADVAN. Both nice tyres. Also considering the RE050A and i saw the TOYO T1R, they have some good specs, tread 280, traction AA, TEMP A but have a very aggressive pattern similar the Good year F1 so they prob noisy... but they at a good price with the same or better spec on paper (half the price) so its not making it easy

T1R's are good for the money but are not in the same class by any means as the others, Bridgestones I do not really have any experience with.

Decided to give the Toyo T1R's a chance... see how they perform. At half the price, I can really not worry about treadwear and who knows - maybe they impress. (Besides, if Porsche use them - How bad can they be? right?....
