Hi,
My washer fluid will not spray out. Could this be the motor or Pump? Any ideas on how to figure this out myself? When I pull switch forward to run the washer fluid I do not hear any noise...if that helps. Thanks!!! |

suggestion - do you have a multimeter? figure out which fuse is for the wiper pump function and use a multimeter to see if you are getting a current jump when you activate the switch. if you are sending power to the pump, and the resevoir contains fluid, then it sounds like a problem w pump. check electrical contacts for the pump and make sure they are not corroded. if that aint it... you may need a new pump.

Yeah, have someone spray while you have the hood popped and listen for the pump. Look in your manual and see what fuse the pump runs off of. If its bad replace it, if not you may need a new pump.
