Progress Pic and Update

I stopped over to see our good friend Jay to see how he was making out with the 2DR Jetta Race Car. The car was painted last week and is prepped for for the decals. Below are some pics snapped from the tight garage along with a little mpeg of a little sound.

Look for more details on the car and itself displayed at Tunerwar next weekend.

Car will be at the VWF tent at Tunerwar Feb 21-22. First race is April 10th I will be posting up the Racing page within the next week with all the car's details and race schedule.

we have an 88 fox being built for the bean field 500. Not quite as serious as that car, but fun none the less! Have fun with it. And remember:

the car is running the 1.8l motor and we will be running in the smallcar enduro series and maybe the road coarse at englishtown with the NEETS tour series if coarse is finished this year. i hope everyone likes the car it is suposed to be a low budget car for the class we run but hey why not spend the dough and beat some fords and hondas!

We will be racing the car at this track http://www.mahoningspeedway.com

Considered by many to be the fastest 1/4 mile asphalt track in the country, Mahoning Valley Speedway features Saturday night racing in the Modified, Late Model, DA Modified, Street Stock, Factory Stock and 4 Cylinder Divisions. Mahoning Valley Speedway also will be hosting Kart Racing on Sunday afternoons this season as well as hosting NEETS and Modified tour dates and small car enduros.
