Well, the idea to have a show/g2g at Deep Creek, McHenry MD, has been running through our minds so we're making it official.

As most of you know, 'Dubs on the Lake' has been moved to Ocean City this year.
'Dubs on the Lake' has been a great success in the past because of the scenery, friends
met, its noncongested, and the laid-back relaxing atmosphere but most of all, the
price! Its the perfect way to start off the summer. We felt the move to OC would take
away from what made it attractive to begin with. To make things worse, its during the peak of
the tourist season! Its too crowded, too expensive, and too many
cops...not to mention Senior Week. Besides, OC will have its fill of dubs and the like for H2Oi.
We want to carry on this tradition by starting our own...
CabinFever.

We are going to try and rent out the fairgrounds for Saturday, May 24, for the show/g2g.
This would allow for a hangout/meet-and-greet/party Friday night and the show/g2g
Saturday, leaving Sunday and Monday (Memorial Day) for recovering, relaxing, and driving
back home.

We do not want this to turn into a 'Why not to go to Ocean City' thread but an
alternative option for the people who had a good time in the past.

***Again, this is not an "Anti-Dubs at the Beach" forum!***

We are still in the process of working everything out. This is just a feeler to build interest
and to gauge who'd be down to come.

***Please no bashing or arguing in this thread or we'll have to report it.***

So, who's down for a weekend cruising around, relaxing, meeting new friends, and partying??!
