I think it's an improvement over the last generation... but they really have been fucking with their cars way too much.

no way. The current ones aren't pretty but they are growing on me. That new one looks really narrow and top heavy. I actually saw a current WRX with a new grill that didn't have that weird center grill and it looked nice.

I think they were saying Boo Urns...yeah I really don't like it either. IMO their best ride was the first Impreza with the big ralley lights...that is what made that car so popular and they have just go more and more away from it.

x2... even the big bug eyes one was alright, it grew on me. But they keep messing with it and making it look more like a Saab.

LIKE a Saab... kinda like those Kias or whatever that keep looking like Jaguars. They're ugly as sin, but Jaguars still remain classy and elegant. Does everything need explained to you?

Now I am torn, cause it looks somewhat normal here...

I still can't get around the front end, and lack of boxy fender flares.
Wonder if they will have a STI version of the hatch?

I have yet to see a Kia that looks like a Jag. Just because the one has round headlights does it mean it looks like a Jag. Your point is shitty. I don't see how Subaru taking the Impreza and watering down the look of it and making it look like a Camry makes it look more like a Saab. Must be all those clorine fumes you have to breath in for your career.

Just to clear things up, are you talking about the first 2 generations of the wrx in gereral? (GC8 '92-'00 and GD '01-'07), or are you talking about the first 2 revisions of the wrx that was available in the US.

I personally have always loved the GC8's as far as style is concerned.
