I am hoping they do, even though I am more of a Ford guy when it come to Amercian. But GM/Chevy have been around for a long time, and created some of the best cars in the world to ever come of a assembly line. So I am hoping they do, and having a feeling that they will once again pull threw these very tuff times.

I think they can make it product-wise...look at most of their lineup now compared with a few years ago - vast improvements in quality, and vehicles that are at least more competitive in their classes than their predecessors.
The big question mark, as far as I'm concerned, is whether or not they can cut costs enough to become profitable again. Now that they have most of their products up to par again, they need to trim costs in other areas, but it seems like the UAW is hell-bent on preventing that, of course. Decreasing pension and health-care costs will be key. |
