Pre heaters for cars controlled by a mobile phone

Any body know anything about the new GSM-AUTO remote control systems for preheaters.
I have seen on a Land Rover forum that they are using the GSM-AUTO on the Webasto preheater.
It would appear that the unit is in basic form a mobile Phone with a switch that is triggers when you call it.
The site is PRE-HEATER REMOTE CONTROL USING A MOBILE PHONE, CELL PHONE and i would apprecate some fee back and has anybody bought one.
