Default Question for anyone who's been to waterfest and knows prices

so anyway, im thinking of heading to waterfest for the first time. never been but everyone that has been is telling me to go. do you guys think its worth the 2.5 hour drive? id be making the drive there and back in the same day. i dont know, but the real question is as follows.

im looking to get a nice cold air intake for my car. a kid that recently started at my job was telling me that the neuspeed intake is "the best". i dont know if there is much truth behind that haha what i really want to know are a few prices (if anyone recalls) for some cold air intakes. the only reason i want to know, is because if i dont make it im going to give a friend thats going some money to pick me up one.

so im looking for opinions on that neuspeed intake, or whichever anyone thinks is better, and some prices. the price online is 200. i wonder if anything i just wrote makes sense. oh well

should you drive 2.5 hours to go to waterfest for the afternoon? well do you have spare money for fuel, food, entry fees? do you have 5 hours to kill? do you have a love for vws? if you answer yes to these questions, then by all means go and have a good time. i mean, whats your alternative to waterfest: sit on your couch spanking it to bad asian porn and eating chik-fil-a sammiches?
now let me think where to begin with your neuspeed/cai question. i checked out the waterfest website- http://www.waterfest.net/wf12/wfpSponsors.aspx
-and i have no idea if any of these vendors will have a neuspeed cai for sale. i have never been to vw specific events, but my understanding is that any vendor with any product typically sells things cheaper than what they are listed for in a store or on their website. good chance there may be some other brand cai for sale though. in addition, people that attend usually bring stuff for sale along with them. so you may be able to find a neuspeed cai being sold by one of those jokers. as for which intake is best, i thought you didnt want one and decided on just using a k&n panel filter. there is a never ending debate on which is better and all that crap. might as well just pick a company and buy one. neuspeed, eurosport or whatever. there is no best. oh yeah- SEARCH
