Default Golf Mk3 convertible

Owner Member Name: oneblueleg
Year: 1997
Make: VW
Model: Golf 2.0SE Cabriolet
Color: Mystic Blue

Summary of the car: Japaneze car imported into the UK in January 2006 and sold very cheaply to me. It had a genuine 38k miles on the clock and has only had one owner. It's got TV receiver, Sat Nav, CD changer, air-con, heated seats, power hood... it's spec'd up to the eyeballs. It's very quick off the mark and gets up to 120 without fuss (I would imagine ;o))

Pictures:

Engine Specs: Standard 2.0 unit... auto

Suspension & Wheels: Standard 7 spoke alloys

Exterior Specs: Standard

Interior Specs: cloth, 'walnut' dash, heated seats, air-con

Notable Acomplishments: I changed the ECU relay and it stopped cutting out on me without warning!

Comments: After 13 years with a Golf Mk1 convertible, fancied an upgrade.
I got some money off the car when I bought it because the roof didn't work... it was the impeller on the motor, it cost £14 to put right and took about 30mins... result! (after VW dealer said it was the hydraulic pump and quoted £650 plus fitting!!!)
