Default HAZ's 98 GTI VR6

Owner Member Name: HAZ
Year: 1998
Make: VW
Model: GTI
Color: Yellow

Summary of the car: My "new to me" gti I bought in January '07.

Pictures:

Engine Specs:
Stock 2.8 VR6

Suspension & Wheels:
Patec Holeshot coilovers installed 2/20/07
Enkei RS6 18x7 wheels with Falken Ziex 215/35-18 tires

Interior Specs:
Some of the drivers edition parts, which so far I understand are leftovers from the 97 DE model, such as the shift knob and red stitched shift boot and brake boot.

Comments:
For those that noticed, yes the door speakers are broken. It's a bit ghetto at the moment but that will be fixed soon. There is also something else in the interior pic that the previous owner put in the car. I haven't removed it yet because it's not really visible to people looking in. Try to find what im talking about. There is a small dent on the rear passenger side corner not in the pics. Just thought i'd come clean with that. Other than that, the car is great.

I think it's just a little loose so that's causing it to be recessed a bit.

Thanks to all for the honest opinions. I have a few mods in mind but will be buying a Kinetic Motorsports turbo kit for it first. I hope to have the car the way I want it by the end of this year.

Looks like a nice car...I wanted a Ginster VR6 as my first VW sooo bad. I would look at a 2 or 3 bar badgeless grill...they arent too expensive and would really make the front look a lot better IMO.

good luck with the turbo kit, turbo vr's are sweet, and good luck with the car in general.
