2008 passat vibration

Ive got a 2008 passat comfort felt a slight vibration after 15,000 miles. The STOCK contipro contacts were wearing badly also. I figured it was the tires. Replaced with michelin pilot exalto 235/45/17 still have vibration when accelerating from 60- 72 mph. COULD IT BE THE TRANS?

any ideas anyone?
