engine question
hey everybody. :]
I've been driving a 98 buick century haha and I'm 17 so needless to say, I'm ready for a new car... the only problem is I can't spend over $5000. I found a passat on ebay for $1500. The body is in great shape, everything looks great, 5 speed tranny, but the engine is "seized up". The engine the car has (locked up) is a v6... my questions are, 1. what engines will the tranny work with? 2. what would be the best engine performance wise? 3. what would be the cheapest engine? thanks everybody. :]
