Passat Electrical Gremlins!
99 GLX Glove box light out. Bulb good , fuse (#3 slot) good. no power at connector to bulb socket. Don't have schematic to see circuit, is there another relay or in line fuse? Also memory fuction on seat out.
Read someplace in the A4 Audi these functions on same circuit.Feel fix is simple if I could see circuit. Does anyone have drawings? or fixed either. Thanks Charlie D

Okay got it working. Problem was my not appreciating the German efficient mindset! The glove box works ONLY with the ignition AND the headlights on!
I guess the logic is you only need the light in the dark, not daytime!!
