Default problems.. can you help?

1. rear windows dont work.. ever.. and the passenger window only works for a few min after the key is on.. after i dunno 5 min it wont work.. and someimes it will only move 5 inches at a time.

2. oil leak.. looks like its coming from up around the oil filter..im gonna power wash it to try to find it.. but are there any common places??

3. weird click noise comeing from passengers side door i think?

4. also in taking the dash out for the heater core. i broke the hazard switch. so they always stay on now..(i took out the flasher so its off but i have no turn signals.) is there a spefic fuse for the hazards?
