VW Passat owner

I have 2002 Passat,I can't start my car and "immobile activated" light comes on.I towed car to VW dealership, they reprogrammed my keys.Is was fine for 2 days, and after that I have the same problem again.It starts and just shuts down. What could be a problem? Thanks for ideas
