Default GearBox Problems

I have a 1.2 TDI vw Lupo. I'm experiencing some problems with the gearbox. It changes normaly first second and third gear but if the gas pedal is pressed it passes into 4th gear and the engine goes from 2 or 3000 rpm to 900 rpm (Exacly like it is when it's in N position). I can only driving using Eco , because if i don't press the gas pedal it switches into 4th gear and it works just fine.
has anybody else experienced something like this ? Please reply , thanks in advance
