Air-con and Unknown Parts

Hi

I have a Polo 1.9 TDi 2004, I recently got the car back from the dealer who were fixing the Air Con and have found some parts in the boot that i dot know where they are from (attached are pics).

Also the Air con is not working and the Air only blows out the front vents no matter what setting i choose.

Any help here will be appreciated.
