just got my new PolO, the brazilian one, not the euro-version. comfortline, 5 doors, hatchback. "plata reflex!"
It's pretty sweet. however, upon turning on the AC, it doesn't cool at all. I was told by the mechanic at the dealer that this was not serious, as it probably lost its freon charge whilst sitting in some car lot in brazil for 9 months. the inside passenger door panel says "fabricao 2004", portguese for "made in", so I'm sure it has sitting around in a bodega somewhere for a while. . I'm trying to assure myself that this is not a big deal, and that it will be quickly corrected on monday morning when I bring it in. Not a thing to worry about, right? I mean, that's what the "bumper-to-bumber" warranty is all about. they have to fix or replace it to make it new. thanks for the help.
other than that, the coche is immaculate. My first brand-spanking-new Veee-dubb! I'll get some pics up later.(thaks soviet rabbit )someone asked something about the first letters
of the VIN, they are 9BWHB....
