polo only firing on 2 cylinders

hi can anyone help ?

i have a 1.2 06 plate polo.
when running i have a problem with it losing power and shuddering. took it to garage and they replaced coil pack 1. car was ok for about 1 week but problem is now back again. i have now changed the other 2 coil packs myself but the problem is still there. the exhaust system fault warning lamp is also lit up.

any ideas?

Change the plugs and wires. The misfiring coil pack could have fouled up the spark plug/wires.

hi,
update.
got the car checked out at a vw dealership today.
they said it was losing compression in cylinders 1 and 3 and car needs a new cylinder head.
