Um, im not sure whats so special about this car. Am i missing something??? I mean whats so great about a tiny 3 cylinder commuter car, didnt the geo metro fit this bill? Id appreciate someone letting me know what im missing.

I don't think the Polo will ever be classed as one of history's "great" cars, but (having just bought one as a 2nd car yesterday, you'll forgive my slightly biased standpoint) with a list of standard equipment as long as your arm and trivial servicing & running costs all for £8.5k (about $13.4k) it was streaks ahead of the competition. However, I do see your point to an extent, as I would not want one as my only car [img]images/smiles/icon_wink.gif[/img]

Not everyone has the luxury to afford most of the german cars out there *something we all i would assum on the forum love* its nice to see a entry leval germ car everyone can afford GEO??? I think not that is a large insult [img]images/smiles/icon_mad.gif[/img] alot of people could very much take advantage of the POLO that love engerning of a German Auto but cannot afford the price increaces they all seem to share in commen.
