Default my new purchase

im goin this week to pik up a fox GL, i think its a 87 or 88, red 4spd, 90,000miles on it, all it needs is a radiator, 300buks, cant wait to get it, anyone no any thing i can do to this to make it kinda quik without a motor swap, i hav a mk2 jetta motor layin around could i swap parts???

jus the 1.8 8v, i didnt no if anything on the jetta motor was bigger or not, like throttle body ect.

hahaha, awsome, im gona run it the way it is for awile, since the low milage, i jus piked it up today, its been sittin for like 1-2 yrs, put a battery in it and she fired rite up, it runs alot better then i thought it would, she needs buffed like crazy tho

shes a 2dr, its has the badass pop out rear windows, i cant believe it has A/C too and the interior is like perfect, ill try to get pics asap

Audi 3A bubbleblock is one of the easiest swaps for a Fox, it basically drops right in from what I've heard. ABA and 16v can be done but are trickier and require some special fab work due to clearance issues.

I plan to get one in the fall for my winter car. If I ever come across a AEB in the jusk yard It will definatly find it's way into the engine Bay.

Congrats on the buy, that sounds like such a steal for $300!! Drop in a 2.0 X-Flow and turbocharge that bitch!!!! That would be sick seeing that fox wooping up on everything. 16v-T would be great to
