Default 05 TOUAREG v6. got stuck. need HELP

what does this picture/sign mean? it wouldn't go away unless manualy. it would'n go away for 5 minutes after keys have been removed from ignition. is it normal?

vehicle stus OK.
it wasn't all time like this before.
please, help

I know it looks like hood. but, no!
hood locked firmly.

it prob just a lose or bad sensor

you were right. it was bad sensor in hood lock. got it fixed.
