Default T4 help needed please

Hi Guys

We bought a T4 TDI 1900 1 year ago and have had nothing but problems with it.

The current problem started when the oil indicator light kept on coming on. We had it checked and there seemed to be just a small leek.

A month or two later there was oil pissing out everywhere and we had to get it towed by some nice man passing in his warrior.

He said he could fix it.

He replaced the tubes and it worked for a week.

Then the head gasket went. He fixed that.

Then the engine would not start unless the engine was left for 10 minutes. He tool the van away and said there was a problem getting fuel to the engine. He suspected it was a problem with the fuel pump.

He had the van 3 weeks and said he had taken it apart and managed to fix the van.

Got the van back and the oil light thing was back on with three high pitched buzzing noises. This happens two or three times and then ceases.

Today the engine cut out whilst we were driving (hairy) but did start again.

Don't know what to do now? Any ideas on what could be causing this? Oh the van is very very sluggish. Cruises ok at 70mph but very very slow on hills.

Thanks
