Value of my '95 Euro Camper?

Hi, VW forum folks. I'm new here and have a question about pricing my '95 camper.

Here are the basics: About 185K miles BUT totally refurbished at 165k mi. by GoWesty in Los Osso, CA.--including rebuilt manual transmission.

Other considerations: Lift and level kit for better ground clearance, including Bildstein shocks and 16" alloy wheels

No refrigerator but a nice door over cabinet for storage

Minor driver's side damage to fender. I'll post a picture later, but it's not a gross amount. So the outside is not absolutely perfect--but it's not bad, really!

Custom memory foam mattress for bottom bed.

When I last smogged it, the rig passed VERY well, like the engine was almost knew--super low levels of the measured pollutants. So the engine is tight and runs very well, and Lucas at GoWesty says that this engine has many, many miles left on it.

Those are the basics. What do you think is a fair asking price?
