Default My 2001 Jetta TDI w/ Pic and changing PITA shocks

Hi Everyone. I am new to the TDI scene. I bought a 01 Jetta TDI "ALH" with a 5 Speed. I was told its the best combo. It was a great deal and came with the nice 17" "summer" wheels and stock "winter wheels", fully loaded. It has its share of miles and the first thing I did was update the front suspension with Moog parts. Controls arms, inner and outer tie rods, sway bar links, ball joints springs and Koni shocks. I have to say my biggest issue was what tools to unbolt the top shock mount. I made a youtube video of the tools so I hope this helps someone because I spent about 6 hours driving around trying to find the right tool.

Thanks
Adam

60 degree angled box wrench will also work. That's what I used when I did mine. It was like $15 at harbor freight and comes with 8 wrenches all different sizes.

The standard size, not metric. In metric that skip the 21mm.

Cool thanks. I went there but wasn't sure if those would work so I was looking for the 90 degree ones. Also 13/16 or 21mm fit for my bolt but I noticed the KONI kit came with a different size nut so the wrench size may differ a bit depending on the nut I guess.. Next job is bleeding the brakes and clutch..
