Default New guy needing help with Cabrio

I have a 97 cabrio. The ABS and brake light have come on and when that happens the head lights go out. I have checked all the brakes shoes and pads they all look good. Replaced the rotors on front they were near limit. But still have abs and brake light issue. HELP PLEASE
