New to the VW world

Always wanted a little VW and due to the gas situation its time to retire from driving hot rods daily and be smart. So i Just picked up a 95 golf mkIII its lowered with rims has short thow shirfter and exhaust and intake its not fast but nice and it now has a starter problem haha
