Red face New2VWForums

Hi,
Tha name is Lana and I own a 2003 VW GTI 1.8t auto tranny w/ tiptronic
I have run into a few porblems and I am trying to find out if anyone else has a ride like mine with the same problems and stuff. Well to start off I bought my car from a friend ( @ a dealership) and right off hand I had to replace the AWP. Well I am pritty sure I need a new motor Mount (rear) and I need my tires balanced and rotated. The thing I dont understand is all of my lights flicker. I took it to Advance Auto and had a altenator and battery test and it passed. Well if its not the battery or the altenator then I have no clue what it could be. Does anyone have any ideas. I love my car and I want to get whatever it is fixed so it will stay a good car. Thanks
