VW EOS 2.0t FSI

Hey all, I'm Chris I have been a VW owner for 4 years now. I started with a M5 Jetta and now I have an 08 EOS. I altered my intake a while ago and have had no issues until I put in a short cold air. My car sounds great but now I have a check engine code P0170, running lean, I lost a lot of acceleration and power. I have read some things about this code online and it all seems to point to my MAF or PCV valve. Does anyone have any suggestions??
