AUTO (bought it for my wife)

Overall in good condition
Just replaced timing belt, t-stat, water pump (metal impeller), wheel bearings and brake pads
Tires in near-new condition

FRESH INSPECTION 1/13 (GOOD THROUGH 1/14)

I'm only selling it because it is too small we bought my wife a mid-sized SUV
