FS: 1998 GTi-VR6 Turbo

The car is Tornado Red with 109,000k miles located in the Chicagoland Area $7k obo.

All major maintenance and "heavy lifting" work has been done on this car within the last 15k miles.

9:1 SS C2 Head Spacer (installed in the last 8k miles)

The battery is relocated to rear and mounted in a sealed/vented battery box
Rear seats removed (still have and will be included with car) The car is currently run on 6-7psi "street" and 14psi "highway" and has a boost switching solenoid installed with a switch right in front of the shift boot. Switches between WG pressure (6psi spring) and 16psi on the fly. High boost setting can be adjusted via the Forge MBC in the engine bay.

it's probably in the 350-360 whp range on high boost however it's probably capable of 400whp. The brakes were done about 8k ago and have plenty of life left as it is now only driven about 3,000 miles per year. The car has been garaged it's whole life and within the last 4 years has only been driven during the summer months, garaged winters. I am the one and only owner and bought it brand new off the lot in 1998.
