2000 Jetta Clearing the drain holes?

I believe I have drain holes in the parameter of the sunroof. I get a mildew smell in the car. Tried to see if the holes are clogged in the sunroof but it leaked through the headlines and didn't see any on the ground. Any helpful suggestions would be very helpful. Also in the mid Atlantic states who is good to ck out for doing headliner replacements? Thanks!

The rubber tubes between the drivers and passenger doors.....squeeze them a few timed. Dirt will likely come out first. Then water. Then it will be unclogged
