2008 Jetta 2.0 T

I have a 2008 jetta 2.0 T with a crank no start. This all started when my cooling fans stopped working bought new ones still don't work. Then it started a clicking sound on the fuel regulator and throttle body. Disconnect the throttle body it stops replace the throttle body no change. Also when the throttle body is connected no crank disconnect it will crank. checked all fuses all good fuel pump will run.
