Hi,
New to the forum, so please bear with me as I become accustomed to the site.
I have a 2012 Jetta S 2.0 which has an intermittent starting problem. The car may start fine in the morning, makes it to the destination with no issues. Then when we go to start the car again, it cranks and cranks but never turns over. Eventually after about 10 minutes, it starts. It threw OBD codes indicating it was the throttle body, so my mechanic cleaned it. Problem persisted. Then it threw codes indicating the crankshaft sensor, he replaced that on Tuesday. Yesterday the problem happened after about the fourth start.
Any ideas for other areas to check? We checked last night when it happened, no codes at all.
