I have a 2001 Jetta that won't start. It will turn over, but won't start. I replaced the fuel pump because I couldn't hear anything from the pump when I tried to start it. When that didn't work I replaced the fuel relay and same thing and I also checked the fuse. When I test the wires that go to the fuel pump it will jump up to twelve volts and drop down to around 1.5. I have unplugged the battery so the computer will reset, but I don't know if will do anything.
