Hey guys here we go again . My fuel pump went out the other day and I replaced it checked all the fuses #28 was blown so I replaced that no problem. Then I checked the pump's wiring harness and its getting 12 volts to the pump so that's good, nothing wrong down the harness or relay since I'm getting 12 volts down the line. Now here is the dozy, I turned my car on with my door closed and the pump primed and my car turns on whala I'm happy but as soon as I opened my door my car shuts off, what the flying [email protected]@K is going on? Please help guys this is irritating.

Bump,
fuel filter? Might be a block in the line somewhere.

Does it shut off every time you open the door?

Try it 10 times in a row, with the car running for various length of time in between. If it shuts off EVERY time you open the door, I would inspect the wire harness near the driver door hinge. Give it a good wiggle test. Ithat's ok, I would replace the driver for lock actuator.
